It explains team maturity and ability to its development, relationships establishment, and the changes of leadership style. Situational Leadership ® Model, developed by Dr. Paul Hersey and Situational Leadership II ®, developed by Ken Blanchard, address the leadership behaviors: Telling-Selling-Participating-Delegating.
